As you have all noticed, I am not exactly burning up the blogosphere with posts here lately. I did, however, see the Mike Wahle release a few days ago and thought to myself, “I should blog about adding him to the Hawks.”
Wouldn’t I have looked smart now?
In case you missed it, the Hawks signed G Mike Wahle who was recently released by Carolina. Wahle is not the answer to our prayers, but he cannot be worse that what we ran out there at guard last year. The guy was a Pro Bowler in 2005 and 2006. Chris Gray and Rob Sims have a combined ZERO pro bowls. They likely have a combined zero pro bowl considerations as well.
Now if we can just convince Faneca to sign for a lifetime supply of coffee, smoked salmon and Redhook ESB, we’ll be set!
