We have all gone beast mode on the golf course. Usually, it involves wrapping your club around a tree or driving the head of your putter into the green. Now you have the chance to see the original beast mode up close-and-personal while golfing and supporting a great cause.
Marshawn Lynch, and his cousin QB Josh Johnson, started their Fam 1st Foundation to provide extracurricular activities for disadvantaged youth. They are hosting a big celebrity golf fundraiser in Los Angeles at the Pacific Palms Resort on June 23rd that still has openings for a few lucky Seahawks fans to snag. Lynch mentioned how this charity has helped him stay connected to his roots.
“I will always do what I can do to give back to my hood,” Lynch said. “This golf tournament is a way [Seahawks fans] can help me, help them.”
A lot of NFL players and celebrities will be in attendance, and it should be a fun day of giving back to a great cause.
“Look forward to seeing all of you on the course to help us on our course to restoring our community,” Lynch said.
